Individual Nutrition Counseling

Are you looking to change your eating habits and lifestyle in a realistic, sustainable way? I offer individualized nutrition counseling that focuses on incorporating healthy habits, while allowing you to still enjoy your favorite foods.

I also offer counseling to help individuals improve their relationship with food–because sometimes it’s not the food that’s the problem, it’s the way we’re thinking about food and our bodies that can create a lot of undue stress.

Grocery Store Tours, Meal Preparation & Menu Planning Instruction

Maybe you know what you should eat, but feel like healthy eating is too expensive or too time-consuming. I would love to show you how healthy eating can be easy, affordable, and fun! During a supermarket/grocery store tour I will assist you in deciphering between which foods are worth it, which food items aren’t necessary, and how to use meal prep/meal planning as a strategy while shopping so that you get the most “bang for your buck” and the most nutrition from your food.

One-on-One/Small Group Yoga Instruction

If you’re looking to bend and stretch yourself into a blissful state of being, look no further. Yoga is a tool for the mind, body, and soul, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people realize the healing potential of this ancient practice. I offer private and semi-private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home, or at a designated facility of your choice. I specialize in vinyasa and yin yoga.
